Where we come from
LanguageLab was founded in 2016 in Rome, born from direct involvement in European workforce mobility projects. When professionals relocate across borders, they need language training that is practical, fast and results-oriented — not generic classroom courses. Beatrice Bernardini founded the school with a contrastive method that compares the learner’s mother tongue with the target language, accelerating acquisition. Since 2017, LanguageLab has been a EURES partner for labour mobility, and since 2018 we have prepared healthcare staff for the profession across German-speaking Europe (Germany, German-speaking Switzerland, Austria). Today the school is ISO 9001:2015 certified and has trained 500+ professionals.
Why we exist
Professionals moving abroad do not need a generic language course. They need precise linguistic competencies, within a defined timeframe, delivered through a method that works. That is why we exist.
How we work
A method tested in the field
The contrastive method was developed through EU mobility projects, not in a classroom. We compare languages to accelerate learning by up to 30%.
Instructors who know your sector
Native speakers certified CELTA/DELTA and DaF with experience in EURES and Erasmus+ projects. They know what it takes to work abroad.
